Administrative Assistant | General Santos City  

• Your supervisors will include a project manager, project accounting officer, and a company vice president
• Your main task will be to assist brokers and agents in properly maintaining their buyer databases. This is why we need very, very organized team members for this post.
• And because our brokers and agents are on the road all the time, they'll need a counterpart at the office that can assist them in managing their data in the cloud: uploading and updating buyer files; reconciling transactions; etc.
• You will be trained to perform all duties, and because there are so many moving parts to the range of projects that you'll be assigned to, meetings are mandatory.

Our office requires several administrative assistants to be placed in our General Santos City office. Unfortunately, we are not willing to relocate fresh hires for this post at this time. Therefore, all succesful applicants and candidates must live within the General Santos City area, and getting to our office in Downtown "Gen San" must not be an issue for you, logistically.

We require adminitrative team members that are:

• Recent college graduates in professional fields such as: business administration/management; accountancy; finance; etc.

Characteristics in applicants that we are looking for:

• Highly organized
• Excellent communicator
• Knows her way around Gen San (born and raised in Gen San preferred)
• Must be very, very "tech savvy"
