Pediatrician | Associate Physician at a Private Practice  

Katalyst.ph is a growing company and has ventured into the healthcare and medical sector with established businesses and new, dynamic startups.

As an Associate Physician, you will inherit a number of clinical protocols from the practice. You will be closely supervised during your probationary months by a senior physician.

• Treats and cares for patients with consideration of economic resources.
• Deals with the reality of private practice today by working within the confines of the health insurance formularies.
• Provides formal progress reports on the medical care administered to patients to the practice’s medical board.
• Attends training seminars when required to do so. Seminars and training will range from common stock CME hours to proprietary systems training on electronic medical records and telemedicine systems.

• We’re only hiring MD physicians at this time.
• Active medical license in the State in which he or she plans to practice.
• Expect in-depth scrutiny of board certifications and professional references, especially if those references are located out-of-state. Katalyst.ph and its partners prefer locally-based professionals.
• Will be assigned to an office within a private practice network in the San Francisco Bay area.
• Reports to a Supervising Physician.
• Will be assigned a caseload and patient base, which is defined and allotted by a myriad of criteria. One way that the caseload is defined is by quantity: the number of patients and number of “special/specialty cases.”
• Patient bases are also defined by median age and demographic makeup.
• Your caseload will be discussed with you, along with KPIs.
