Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- We are prioritizing licensed real estate brokers —though this is not a hard prerequisite to apply
- The real estate associate will manage buyer accounts, which entails working in different accounting systems
- Through accounting systems, invoices and other communications to buyers will be managed
- The real estate associate will engage in negotiations with different parties within the “buyer and buying cycle”— such as agents, LGUs, our internal offices, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A four-year college degree
- Thorough familiarization with General Santos city
- Excellent soft skills: our interviews will focus specifically on diplomacy and negotiations
- Creative out of the box problem solving skills
- We are only entertaining applicants that are currently residing in General Santos city
- Unfortunately, we cannot entertain applicants that are planning to move to general Santos city
- Thorough familiarization with General Santos City will be tested for during interviews; dimensions of familiarization include geography, key people in the community, as well as field traditions
