Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- HR Policy
- Helps develop HR policies and guidelines and ensure compliance of employees.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Responsible for handling deliverables for the benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, and other government mandated benefits).
- Office Management
- Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and supplies.
- Company Attendance
- Monitor attendance of employees; implement leave policy and ensure compliance of employees.
- Organizational Development / Employee Relations
- Ensure the growth of people's skills and talents within the organization (coaching, training, etc).
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist HR Manager in all rolled out projects and programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 2 years experience in an HR role, preferably someone with great understanding of Employee Relations
- With strong people, leadership, and management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
