Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Get to recruit for one of the biggest companies based in Cebu:
- Execute recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, references, and salary negotiation
- Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates from construction, rural bank, IT, and insurance-related positions by utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, internal database, etc.
- Interview prospective candidates via phone/in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talents to submit to current and future client base.
- Screen qualified applicants against the job description.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2-3 Years Experience in Recruitment
- HR Generalist Experience is a plus
- Understanding of technical terminologies, trends and culture is a plus
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates and client
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
