Assistant Finance Manager | Cebu  

JOB PURPOSE:

• The position will work closely with the DGM-Finance in management accounting and support in establishing financial systems, controls and financial report analysis.
• To monitor delegated budgets and provide variance analysis as per budget vs actual
• To contribute to the analysis of financial information, preparing reports and making recommendations for corrective course of actions and managing the costs
• To ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards and timely manner
• Review monthly/quarterly/annual compliances whether its internal or statutory

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and authorize daily transactions entered into ERP/Tally
• Preparing monthly balance sheets/ P&L, variance analysis but not limited to any financial report/data as per management requirement
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements
• Review monthly tax filing and mandatory compliances
• Initiate and participate during budget preparation
• Participate on monthly financial review when necessary
• Responsible and manage audit as per statutory and/or internal compliance
• Act as second point of contact for all financial reporting activities for all location

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Management/Financial analysis experience necessary
• CPA preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Asst Finance Manager
• BPO experience or similar set up, preferred but not required
