Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Keep abreast of current industry trends and regulatory changes. Identify potential opportunities and impact on existing products.
• Maintain awareness of the competition and formulate strategies to win in the marketplace.
• Gather continuous intelligence on brand’s performance, and new problems and opportunities.
• Identify and monitor customer requirements and satisfaction. Probe for product implications from this data.

Strategy Development:

• Develop brand strategy.
• Develop short and long-term strategic plan for the brand.
• Prepare an annual marketing plan .
• Initiate offense/defense plan against competition.

Advertising & Promotions

• Develop advertising activities or promotion activities to deliver brand objectives. Develop overall promotional program to meet brand objectives.
• Develop creative brief or Promo Brief
  • Work with creative agencies or promo agency to develop ,copy, programs and communications campaign. Work with merchandising agency to develop merchandising materials. Evaluate creative work. Test, monitor and evaluate creative materials.
• Set direction for media campaign. Develop media brief. Evaluate and approve media plan. Monitor media placements.
• Work closely with sales team to develop necessary tools

• Bachelors degree graduate in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager
• An ability to understand and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
