Duties and Responsibilities

Total Rewards

• Analyzing job duties
• Writing job descriptions
• Performing job evaluations and job analyses
• Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys

Workforce Planning and Employment

• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities prior to operations interviews
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfilling the open requisitions
• Create job offer letters and contracts
• On-boarding and off-boarding procedure for employees

HR Development

• Conducting training sessions
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs

Employee and Labor Relations

• Assisting with processing employee grievances
• Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
• Assist with various administrative tasks

• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
• Must have hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Skype, Structured)
• Photography experience (Desired but not a requirement)
• Must be able to set up and maintain an applicant tracking system and resume database
• Has solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g social media recruiting and boolean search)
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has very good computer skills in both Google and Microsoft applications
• Excellent organization skills and outstanding customer service skillset
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Preferably familiar with 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
• Must be passionate to work in a start-up organization
