Finance Director  

This position is primarily responsible for providing strategic analyses and appropriate measures; timely, meaningful and relevant information; and maintain effective and efficient processes and transaction systems. It is also responsible for guiding and supporting management in value-adding decision-making for the business to ensure continued growth and long-term viability and profitability of the Company.

• Provides management with strategic analytical inputs and insights.
• Recommends allocation of resources consistent with the strategic directions.
• Defines performance measures aligned with strategic plans and operating budgets
• Guides top management and operations managers in decision-making
• Measures actual performance of the Company against budget and performance factors aligned with those defined in the planning cycle.
• Assists Management in identifying potential problems.
• Ensures that efficient transaction processes and systems are in place and have well-defined policies and built-in controls; are capable of generating meaningful and reliable information for analysis purposes; and have relevance and practical benefit to operational requirements and business needs.
• Provides reliable cost information for decision-making. Guides managers in reducing non-value added costs in the operations
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be proper and necessary to sustain the viability and continued profitability of the Company.

• Preferably a graduate of Accountancy,CPA; MBA an advantage
• With at least 5 years experience as a Finance Manager; experience in automotive and FMCG setting an advantage
• Technical expertise, business acumen/ perspectives, problem-solving and decision-making,strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, general business management
• Have strong analytical mind and sound business judgment, flexible, goal-oriented, results-oriented, decisive but calculating
