Event Marketing Associate  

Kalibrr Indonesia is searching for a seasoned Event Marketing Associate to join our rapidly growing Jakarta based team. This role will include identifying and negotiating event deals and partnerships, developing activation concepts and executing events from start to finish. You should be a creative hustler with events planning or production experience that is as comfortable brainstorming big ideas as you are building internal processes for tracking and reporting.

• Source and negotiate event deals
• Assess inbound event requests
• Develop event activation concepts and manage execution from start to finish, including campus events, sporting events, music festivals, parades and custom brand events
• Bring to life the Kalibrr brand in the major cities of Indonesia
• Analyze event effectiveness and synthesize learnings to share best practices internally and across the organization
• Work and collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and digital marketing to execute programs
• Track and maintain local budgets, ensuring internal processes are followed from contracts to purchase orders and invoice payment
