Junior Client Success Associate - Indonesia  

As a Kalibrr Junior Customer Success Associate you should enjoy providing assistance, interfacing with clients and have the passion for conversation and communication. Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving prowess is also a plus. A Junior Customer Success Associate is also tech-savvy and must be comfortable with acquiring even more technical knowledge.

Your role is to deliver support for Kalibrr user, both company and jobseeker, and deliver success and deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a friend, partner and consultant.

What will you do:

• Provide support for Kalibrr user
• Customer relationship management
• Attend to client requests
• Monitor client metrics
• Facilitate training and education for clients
• Meet retention and upselling targets

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

• Willing to involve in support & administrative work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly personable, analytical and creative
• Organized and has a keen eye for details
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
