Kalibrr is currently opening for four different positions which are:

1. Business Operations:

As a Kalibrr Business Operation intern you will have an opportunity to manage Kalibrr Indonesia’s Finance, HR, Legal and outsourcing. It is a rare opportunity where you will learn how to run and manage your own business. You will:

• Work with data source providers and technology/operations teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
• Recruit, manage, and develop exceptional talent, and foster a working culture that encourages challenging assumptions
• Manage all vendor relationships including office, freelancers and advisory service providers
• Learn as much as you can :)

2. Business Development:

As a Kalibrr Business Development Intern you will be in charge in arranging and attending meetings with clients. You will receive a great learning opportunity to excel your presentation, negotiating, selling, hustling and problem-solving prowess. You will be responsible for:

• Constantly update clients and management on progress with regard to business objectives and metrics
• Monitor lead generation and conversion rate
• Meet retention and upselling targets
• Attend to requests and needs of clients
• Maintain a good relationship with clients
• Identify quantifiable business objectives and monitor client metrics
• Learn as much as you can :)

3. Client Success:

As a Kalibrr Client Success Intern you will deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a friend, partner, and consultant. Using your skills you will ensure the client’s understanding and utilization of Kalibrr and its products are maximized. You will:

• Manage customer relationship
• Attend to client requests
• Provide support as needed
• Help identify quantifiable business objectives for target industries
• Monitor client metrics
• Facilitate training and education for client
• Learn as much as you can :)

4. Job Seekers Engagement:

This is not a typical engagement role. As a Kalibrr Job Seekers engagement intern you will have a unique and rare opportunity to help shape and publicise the social impact of a fastest growing HR tech start up in South East Asia. You will be part of transforming the way Indonesian millennials find jobs. Your responsibilities are mainly to:

• Participate in developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives for Job Seekers Marketing
• Develop and execute strategies to help Kalibrr job seekers more employable
• Develop and execute strategies to grow Kalibrr job seekers database
• Build partnership with students/skill-based communities in Indonesia
• Learn and gain experience as much as you can :)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly personable, analytical and creative
• Organized and has a keen eye for details
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
• Experience or Interest in recruitment/HR is preferred but not required
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
