Mobile Developer (Android)  

Kalibrr is looking for a mobile developer to help us expand the reach of our recruitment and assessment platform into mobile. As a mobile developer, you'll be working on extending the Kalibrr experience to Android (and in the future, iOS). You'll be part of major and minor architectural and software design choices for both the mobile and desktop experience. You'll be working with our team of top-ranking developers, including four of the five best competitors in algorithmic programming contests in the Philippines.You’ll have the opportunity to work with (and to expand, if needed) our diverse and modern stack, starring technologies such as AngularJS, ElasticSearch, Pyramid (Python), PostgreSQL, Ansible, and others.

You’ll spend most of your time coding, so you’ll need to be able to write (or quickly learn to write) elegant, efficient, and maintainable code. You'll be expected to be familiar with Android, preferably iOS as well. We avoid micromanagement, and so will expect you to be proactive in communicating any barriers to tasks assigned to you, and in prioritizing your own time.
