Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage profit and loss for growing operations that are financially viable and sustainable
- Works with the Country Manager to create and execute major strategies for revenue growth, business database growth and jobseeker database growth
- Hires, trains and manages highly effective team of sales and client success operatives
- Ensures tremendously high level of client satisfaction to ensure high conversion rates for trial clients and retention rate for paying clients
- Create effective lines of communication and processes that facilitate collaboration and coordination between city team and country team
- Fosters a highly positive and productive working environment and culture for high employee satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in recruitment for a multinational FMCG company
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from globally top ranking university
- Impeccable written and spoken communications skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Life-long student with the passion and willingness to continously learn
- High-degree of autonomy with an attitude of persistence and relentlessness towards achieving goals
- Personable, charming and most importantly highly professional in dealing with clients and internal team members
- Comfortable operating within highly ambigous work environments with a strong mentality
