Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Join our family of curious individuals who have both the passion and aptitude to serve our 300,000 candidates and 6,000 company clients.
- You will work with closely with the product and engineering teams, but will have to talk to clients, users, customer support, marketing, and sales teams to get insights.
- You will produce outputs for each step of our design process (UX research, prototype, design, test) so you'll have to do everything in between from talking to users to creating high-fidelity prototypes on Invision.
- You will design for web and mobile.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for designers great at user experience (UX) and visual design in user interfaces (UI).

- You have unquenchable curiousity! You read a lot of books and learn tons of stuff on your own.
- You care a lot about improving the inefficient process of finding a new job. You've gone thru this process many times and hate it.
- You have a strong aptitude for UX and UI. You've done this kind of work before.
- You are passionate about design. Your creativity has to go somewhere--maybe you do watercolor during the weekends?
Huge plus if you have:
- HTML/CSS skills, prototyping, and previous front-end work; and
- Previous experience designing for mobile.
