Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a high performing Finance Officer who will be in charge of the books of accounts and financial report preparation to ensure that we meet the accounting standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors and executes regular accounting processes such as A/P and journal entries, including monthly entries for month end closing
- Monitors and executes billings and follow ups to a few clients
- Administers bank transactions and oversees recording procedures on a regular basis
- Assists in account reconciliation not only for Finance, as well as for other departments
- Collates and reconciles bank statements vs cash recorded in the Company's books on a regular basis
- Provides support for internal controls procedures of the Company
- Prepares reports for tax compliance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of B.S. Accountancy or similar course (CPA and other certifications are an advantage but not a requirement)
- With solid experience on general accounting procedures, reconciliation, and documentation
- Acts with integrity and understands the basics of financial reporting standards
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Able to work with minimal supervision and able to submit reports within the deadline
