Headquartered in Makati, the Kalibrr Marketing Team functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house full-service agency.

As part of the Philippine Marketing Team, the Digital Marketing Associate will implement and manage all digital marketing initiatives to support jobseeker signups and client attraction.

Along with exploring new ideas and concepts, you must be guided by a belief that data should always back strategic decisions. While it’s great that you can work independently and manage your time well, it’s even better if you also enjoy working with a team. And, of course, we need you to be passionate about developing search engine relevant content.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and execute digital media strategies based on Kalibrr overall’s company goals (candidate signups and client attraction)
• Maintain a data-driven approach through continuous experimentation and optimization of different digital marketing initiatives
• Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, reporting across all digital channels
• Assist with digital media planning and media buying
• Collaborate with the sales team, customer success, and the rest of the internal marketing team to identify potential opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in working with a digital marketing agency or internal digital marketing teams highly preferred
• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEM, SEO, emai marketingl) and Tools (Google Analytics)
• Analytical and data-savvy marketer
• Strong project management skills including the ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects
• Experience in taking a lesser-known brand to national or regional prominence
• Has the initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organization
