Project Based Recruiter Lead

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full life cycle recruiting (sourcing to closing) with a focus on business roles (business development, marketing, finance) and technology roles (engineering)
• Working with various hiring managers to learn about, prioritize, and execute critical hiring needs
• Develop and implement sourcing plans, hiring strategies, and recruiting processes
• Manage internal stakeholders and providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Delivering the hires that Kalibrr needs to accomplish its mission

• ​A passion for Kalibrr’s vision and has desire to make impact to the youth
• Detail-oriented and extremely well-organized
• Well-developed written, oral, interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience as a recruiter/ sales/ lead generator, ideally in a technology-oriented company
• Can easily understand Kalibrr’s value proposition and differentiator to communicate across multiple channels (events/social/groups/partnerships)
• Thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
• Creative and use a strategic approach to recruiting
• Willing to work full time at Kalibrr Jakarta Office
