Marketing Intern  

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with and contribute to one of Southeast Asia’s hottest start-up companies. Kalibrr Talent Services is looking for an Intern to assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.

You should be a self-starter and someone who is motivated by setting and hitting your goals. You will be working in a dynamic team focused on maintaining the Kalibrr's brand by contributing to the internal operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of the Kalibrr Talent Services + Account Management Playbook / Recruitment Operations Playbook
• Determine the needs of the users for technical documentation
• Work with technical staff to make Sales +Account Management / Recruitment Operations processes easier to understand
• Organize and write supporting documents for Kalibrr Talent Services
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
• Gather feedback from the team and streamline the entire technical processes and make it easy to understand.
• Standardize the playbook content across the Kalibrr Talent Services Department
• Revise technical documents as needed
• Able to handle confidential processes privately and with discretion under the guidance of the Account Managers / Recruitment Manager and the Managing Director

• Currently pursuing any related degree in Business
• Strong writing prowess in preparing technical documents and time management.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Strong ability to interact professionally with employees of all levels.
• Can work full time for a maximum of 2 months
