Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle daily, weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders; providing business insights based on data presented.
- Ability to query, clean, process and transform data, and most importantly, to derive insights to drive business growth and help solve strategic problems
- Exposure to how to use data to solve problems for all aspects of the business such as operations, marketing, product, app performance and technology
- Ability to break down complicated concepts, do market research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize the process via automation, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of each KPI
- Assist the Product team in planning the tracking concepts for newly launched features, identifying and improving outdated ones.
- Build, automate and update spreadsheets that are vital to the daytoday business operations
- Perform adhoc analysis and investigation, such as evaluating the performance of a newlylaunched feature, or debugging and troubleshooting possible bugs or reporting failures
- Understand the driver and definition of each KPI to answer all relevant questions regarding reports
- In-depth understanding of web and mobile app analytics, on both the technical side (how the data is tracked) and the business side (what the data is tracked for)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Expert knowledge in google analytics
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from an e-commerce/technology industry
- Extremely keen eye for detail, with the ability to think strategically and critically
- A bachelor’s degree in any related field. A hands-on mentality
- Comfortability using Excel/Google Spreadsheets and dealing with numbers
- Ability to work well in a team and be a reliable resource for your teammates
- Flexibility, with the ability to think and act independently
