Merchandise Manager  

Client Profile:

iSport Life (FILA) is a world-class retail company that represents an Italian brand of shoes, bags, and apparel with almost 300 stores nationwide.

The company invites highly competent Merchandise Manager with expertise in the following duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinates Product Development, Sales, and Operations in terms of the Product Design and Store Profiling
• Conducts sourcing of potential suppliers through factory evaluation to assess technical capabilities
• Negotiates best prices with suppliers and ensures profitable margins for the company at best delivery dates
• Maintains matrix of product buying and ensures budgets are met in procurement
• Oversees preparation of cost sheets, margin analysis, purchase orders
• Plans and institutes pricing strategy for all products
• Monitors saleability and ensures proper execution and timing for markdowns or promo as necessary
• Will sit in Mancom and Execom meetings

• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in footwear and apparel industry; wide supplier network in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia is a plus;
• Good in Financial Merchandising, Math, and Analysis(SSR, OTB);
