Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- Deploying a wide variety of training methods
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related courses
- At least 3+ years of related work experience
- At least 2+ years in a management role
- Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinating multiple training events
- Has a background/knowledgeable in managing E- learning website
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and Web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Excellent in written, verbal & presentation skills
