Contributes to the growth and profitability of the Company by providing efficient and cost-effective quality car repair, mechanical and maintenance services to the satisfaction of the customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for establishing rapport between the dealer and the customer ;
- Attends to customer needs at the reception area (i.e.: parts & service inquiry; prepares job/repair estimates GJ/BP; vehicle diagnosing; gain understanding of their full service/repair requirements); records customer details including name, contact, telephone numbers and vehicle details;
- Fills out Repair Order clearly and accurately so that all details can be understood; inquire and note the preferred method of payment;
- Gain the customer’s approval by having the repair order signed (whenever possible) or by process;
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Department Head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineeering or BS Automotive
- Result-service and Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure and work on multiple tasks at once
- With experience is a plus but not required.
