Head of Finance  

Primary Responsibility:

• Planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including financial & managerial accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, taxation and negotiations.
• Be the CEO liaison during fundraising event and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.
• Ensuring company's legality and compliance to regulations established by the authority.

Duties:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team
• Managing cashflow
• Overseeing the preparation and validating accuracy of all financial reporting and tax reporting
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Providing support during fundraising event
• Reviewing all formal finance and compliance related needs and procedures

• Exceptional can-do attitude & relentlessly resourceful
• Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking with strong ability to make good decisions, take actions and make things happen
• MBA or Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices.
• Proven experience in senior management position with excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant is a plus
