Area Sales Manager | E-Commerce  

• The ASM shall coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies,
• Marketing plans, directions, and/or policies to achieve business objectives in the area
• Implement and manage information and/or data analysis that will aid in better business strategies and other business building activities.
• The Area Sales Manager shall lead, motivate and coach his/her Key Accounts team
• Formulate and monitor their KPIs towards achievement of Sales Targets and Company Objectives.

We are looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager who will join our expanding Modern Trade Team and will focus on handling our E-commerce Channel!

Reporting to the Sales Director for Modern Trade, the ASM will be responsible for building the company’s business in the E-Commerce and Operational Retail.

To qualify, candidates must strictly have the following:

• 4-year College Degree in Business/Economics/Marketing or related field from a reputable University
• At least 5-year experience in Modern Trade Account Management.
• At least 2-year experience as ASM/RSM/ District BDM/ Group CDM or equivalent experience from a principal FMCG Company
• Experience with handling E-commerce accounts is an advantage
• Knows planning efficiency from order to delivery as well as distribution and expense management.
• Have strong people management skills and have handled direct reports and/or his or her own team previously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong skills in data-based analysis and strategic thinking
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong decision-making skills and highly efficient staff leadership skills
• Can drive Manual or Automatic Transmission with Driver's License
