Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides outstanding customer experience and resolutions through expert analysis and investigation of accounts/concerns.
- Receives calls regarding card member charges, fees, interest rates, rewards, and other credit card concerns.
- Communicates clearly to strengthen confidence and relationship of card member with the bank.
- Performs other tasks assigned by management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High school graduates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- College undergraduates with complete 4 semesters and College fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even without customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Willing to work in Cebu City.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
- Willing to work graveyard shift.
- Eligible to work in the Philippines.
