Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Provides outstanding customer experience and resolutions through expert analysis and investigation of accounts/concerns.
  • Receives calls regarding card member charges, fees, interest rates, rewards, and other credit card concerns.
  • Communicates clearly to strengthen confidence and relationship of card member with the bank.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • High school graduates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • College undergraduates with complete 4 semesters and College fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even without customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Cebu City.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work graveyard shift.
  • Eligible to work in the Philippines.
