OVERALL ROLE
The Facilities Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in facilities, commercial property or hospitality management and related industries
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, should be licensed engineer
- Knowledgeable in technical services (UPS, HVAC, electrical) and other building systems
- With experience in preparing and implementing business recovery and emergency response plans
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Service oriented, proactive and understands work efficiencies
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
