Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Consolidates attachments necessary for processing of payments
- Computes and enters to accounitng system the payable after gathering all attachments form vendors.
- Monitors payables to suppliers
- Monitors inventory movement
- Reports to FA - II for inventory monitoring
- Jobbing and allocation of inventory to individual projects.
- Tracks inventory availability and coordinates with purchasing for any concerns
- Coordiantes with warehouse incharge for inventory concerns
- Monitors inventory GL account
- Prepares annual inventory report for BIR purposes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Was able to handle inventory
- Knowledge in any Accounting Software
- Was able to handle AP in previous experience
- Familiar with basic tax related to inventory
