Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan Marketing and branding activities for the company
- Prepare Marketing Strategies
- Analyze market trends and recommends changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing material
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that would develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager specializing in Marketing, Branding, advertising or equivalent
- Should be from a Real Estate industry or equivalent
- Highly experienced in developing strategic plans, such as communication campaigns or commercialization strategies
- Good teamwork skills, communication skills, adaptability, Strong detail attention, Commercial awareness
- Networking skills, Negotiation Skills, Strategic Planning skills
