The client relations officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the clientele through addressing inquiries about mortgage, credit card activation and handling bank transactions.

Kualifikasi Minimum
This role is for the largest commercial and foreign bank in the Philippines. Experience in handling an international voice account in a contact center and background in handling a financial account are an advantage. HIgh school graduates with one year experience in a contact center are eligible to apply.
Basic qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly trainable in handling a financial account
- Good standing [work performance and behaviour] in current or previous work experience [for experienced agents]
- Willingness to work in Makati City and in BGC on a night/shifting schedule
