Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the creation of training materials including but not limited to power point presentation, instructor's guide and participant guide
- Update training program catalogues as needed
- Generate training reports for training evaluation and career development programs
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- Work with SMEs and identify target audience's training needs
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate with a degree in Behavioral Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Learning Design and Curriculum Development
- Can facilitate training and basic Structured Learning Experience
- Knowledge of Training Design and Development process (ADDIE)
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
