Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide data entry support for functional and technical ongoing tasks
- Provide troubleshooting support for functional and technical level 1 production issues, including coordinating with our Tech Ops team
- Run ongoing audit reports and work closely with the Tech Ops team to resolve any issues
- Collaborate and produce basic reports for the division
- Assist in researching and testing new capabilities within Workday
- Handle various reporting and data requests and ensure they are completed within the agreed service levels Assist with testing Workday releases and enhancements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong functional and technical Workday HCM knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong Microsoft Office skills primarily Excel
- Understanding of HR business processes, functions and responsibilities
- Comfortable with managing a team work queue and triage requests where needed
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills required; ability to apply system knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze issues is critical
- Self-starter and able to work independently with a proactive work style
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data
