Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Own, administer and update all business continuity plans, ensuring they are tested and signed
off by each area.
• Through the Risk Analysis and Business Impact Analysis processes, identify company
vulnerabilities and work with business units to address these potential points of failure.
• Supervises the development and maintenance of databases of risks, control deficiencies, risk
indicators and loss events.
• Interact and co-ordinate with the technology department to identify critical applications and
systems
• Define processes, timelines, roles and responsibilities for disaster recovery
• Manage and support the workplace recovery process when incidents occur.
• Document all processes and procedures that have not been documented and update those
with existing documentation.
• Build an awareness Plan that will be maintained throughout the life of Business Continuity
within the organization
• Develop an action plan with timeline and any special budget needs to improve plans and close
gaps.
• Develop cross-training recommendations for identified critical people and critical business
functions
• Develop and deliver a communication plan to raise people awareness and preparedness and
provide the foundation for a sustainable Global Business Continuity culture within SLI.
• Ensure Global standards, policies and practices for BCP are respected and maintained.
• Design, communicate and implement maintenance procedures for BCP.
• Leads projects and interventions to improve services.
• Identifies implements and maintains controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Recognized as a specialist, with both depth and breadth of knowledge, within the organization.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Background in Insurance Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in:
    • IS Risk, Audit and Compliance
    • BCP and DRP
    • Information Security
