Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to define and deliver complex features.
  • Lead the effective and efficient delivery of the large, complex projects.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Foster constructive and pro-active communication across organizational boundaries Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
  • Create, maintain and disseminate project status, roadmaps, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
  • Collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers.
  • Creating specification documents, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
  • Leading and coordinating design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external vendors to deploy optimal solutions.
  • Review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures for the new implementations in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations Increase automation.
  • Work with our 3rd party vendors and partner departments to develop, test and implement automation.
  • Perform other projects and duties as required.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Preferably with a Bachelor Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.  Prior experience in supporting Payroll/ Finance Operations
  • Experienced in PEOPLESOFT and/or Payroll Platforms
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Experience in using SQL and databases in a business environment
  • Oracle and Linux skills will be an advantage
  • Intermediate excel skills for effective analysis and reporting
  • Excellent Communications skills – Written & Verbal
  • Work in shifting schedules including night shift
  • Work during Holidays as may be required by the Company
