Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop sales strategy and tactics based on market trends analysis to drive maximum sales/ acquisition impact.
- Manage, lead, and coordinate the field sales force to achieve their sales target.
- Coordinate with relevant functions e.g. sales support (MIS), event & network, and training team to ensure the outcome of expected support towards the sales team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in management role and people management
- Proven track record in sales, business development and negotiation skills.
- Target oriented with strong drive
- Familiar with strategic planning activities and performing sales target achievement
- Attention to detail combined with good organization skills
- Ability to mentor and coach and develop sales force effectively and meet sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
