Warehouse Inspector  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager
• Follows health and safety requirements and assists in the implementation of company policies
• Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the warehouse premises
• Complete daily operational checklists and verify that corrective actions are handled promptly
• Partners with QA Supervisor in investigating, evaluating and researching customer complaints and assists in the formulation of response and corrective actions
• Ensures that cleanliness and quality standard are upheld through routine checks and audits of personal hygiene compliance, as well as overall facilities and equipment sanitation
• Keep records and documents updated and relevant to the needs of the company
• Monitor storage warehouse to ensure all raw materials are properly labeled and stored
• Ensure all quality of raw materials and finish products
• Maintain quality by documentation of processes, implementation of QA policies and procedures, and compliance with the standards
• Ensure safe and efficient development, modification and manufacture of food products and processes
• Participate in internal assessments and audits are required
• Verify the quality of output based on the set standards
• Ensures that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of materials and products
• Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately
• Assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
