Organization Development Manager  

JOB SUMMARY

Organization Development Manager is responsible for the development and integration of organization and human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
2. Identify/ incorporate best practices and lessons learned in program plans
3. Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts
4. Assist with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs
5. Design and develop HR training programs for management and employees
6. Review evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments
7. Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance job performance and overall company performance
8. Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.

EDUCATION/ KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource or equivalent

Post Graduate Studies or Master’s Degree is preferred

Proficient in MS Office

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong project and time management skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

OD Consulting and client servicing skills

Willing to establish and maintain effective working relationships

WORK EXPERIENCE

5+ years’ experience in related field

Organization Development Manager will have to serve and accommodate managers and staff and will be given some projects to accomplish in a minimum time frame. The Organization Development Manager may find the environment or organization transform continuously, thus, he/she will need excellent time management, change management, risk management and prioritization skills to complete the essential functions of this job
