- HR Policies.
- Employee Performance Metrics
- Monitor payroll and benefits preparation.
- Manage hiring and termination of employees.
- Draft company rules and regulations, codes of conduct, and employee correspondence.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Extensive experience in Human Resources.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- This is a Managerial position that requires active and creative thinking.
