- Generate collection reports, customer statements, outstanding balance reports
- Schedule customer collections
- Do field collections
- Troubleshoot problematic and bad accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience in troubleshooting customer accounts
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Willing and able to do field collections
- Honest and trustworthy
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
