Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Daily calls on the assigned accounts in the system/contract master or as otherwise instructed
- Follow ups PTPs (Promise to Pay) account prior to each due date and BPs after grace period
- Establish effective negotiation with debtors aligned with the regulatory and other local compliance guidelines
- Convince debtor/costumer to make payment
- Arrange for payment proposal settlement
- Must fulfill daily required volume of calls based on the instructions of the team leader
- Send payment reminder via issued company phone such as phone call, SMS, email or letter
- Send uncontactable files as per guidelines for field visit, internal skip tracing
- Request release letter from client upon full settlement of payment and ensure send-out.
- Meet monthly set collections target set by the management (Target is subject to change with prior advice)
- Repossession activities conducted until up to delivery client (BMI Campaign)
- Engage replevin and foreclose activities as last resort solutions (BMI Campaign)
- Other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in collections work experience
- Expertise in negotiating, listening, data gathering.
- Soft Skills: Possess strong communications skills in English and Tagalog
- Understanding of operational and regulatory risks related to current industry practices and trends
- Hard Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and the internet.

About Us
JMSI was born on February 2018 , out of pain, hardships and prayer. Together with the “remnants” from the previous company that holds its office in E. Rodriguez, Rizal, the first earning account that sustains the agency was from the personal and teachers loan from a finance and leasing company. This was handled by 2 collectors and 1 field collector which operates in its E. Rodriguez office.
April 2018 when the agency got its endorsement from Collectius. Handled by four (4) collectors at that time, we were able to compete well with the existing agencies the Collectius has.
Like other growing companies, JMSI has its own story and fair share on how we were able to climb up the ladder in this very tedious and competitive industry.
