Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing calendar, organizing meetings and appointments. Serves as the gatekeeper to the Managing Director
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Assist in organizing events and conferences
- Provides constant (day-to-day) reminder to the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support the Managing Director from all business related work
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent Verbal and written English communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Tactful and professional demeanor
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask is a must
