Jr. UX Designer  

Jr. UX Designer responsbilities include understanding user behaviors, needs and motivations. Working closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research, analyze data and provide actionable insights that drive product development process.

- Assist in creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces for websites, mobile apps, or other digital products.
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
- Help document design decisions, guidelines, and style guides to ensure consistency in design execution.
- Planning and executing user research studies using various qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics) to uncover user insights and preferences.
- Interpret and synthesize research findings, translating raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for product teams.
- Develop problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize user experiences.
- Basic knowledge in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, developers, and other team members to align design goals with business objectives.
- Actively participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers to improve skills and advance in the field.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Human-computer interaction, Information Systems or equivalent
• Understanding of and interest in UX, User Research and UI Design
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools/software quickly
• Strong knowledge of web application and mobile application UX design standards and best practices
• Must be patient and a keen observer
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willing to work onsite daily in Ortigas, Pasig area
