Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Conduct technical demo.
- Assure that technical presentation materials are aligned to the solutions concept, offerings and clients’ technical fact sheet.
- Assist presales consultant on technical requirements scoping.
- Assist presales consultant in providing realistic and accurate work estimates when needed.
- May provide oversight to other coordination resources as required.
- Work with solutions consultant to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
- Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that business requirements needs/objectives and opportunity-defined goals are met.
- Lead investigation of alternative operational models (including financial analysis, organizational structure and workflow documentation) that supports effective decision-making.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in business, commerce, accountancy, finance, computer science, information technology, or engineering.
- Preferably CPA, or with other industry-standard certification.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience in implementing IT product, services or solutions; Experience on its practice area
- Experience on business process analysis and / or system design architecture
- Translate requirements into technical specifications/design, and conducts design reviews with both user and technical personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to model data and processes.
- Adept in implementing process change and producing supporting documentation, documenting and executing test scripts experience,
- Adept in writing business functional and non-functional requirements documents.
- Adept in the design of technical-based solutions.
