Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be responsible for:
- Recruiting and staffing.
- Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping.
- Company-wide committee facilitation and participation.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and employee services.
- Assist with employee relation and company employee communication.
- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Professional experience in the said field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR & Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen to details.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
- Can start ASAP.
