Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answer calls and reply to emails.
- Manage customer queries both telephone and by email.
- Verify Reservations through the web or by calling hotels.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up customer calls when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Undergraduates are appreciated to apply.
- At least 3 to 6 months of experience in the BPO industry is a BIG plus.
- With or without call center experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but with good communication skills.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City area
- Manageable to work in a Shifting schedule.
- Amenable to start ASAP.
