Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responds to basic customer questions by answering telephone calls
- Accurately documents calls on account history record with details of the phone call
- Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Processes customer requests by sending faxes, sending mail documents or using other related communication
- Handles calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
- Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to ensure up to date and accurate information
- Partners with team members , management, and customers in reference to customer service issues
- Reviews client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management
- Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least two (2) years of college education
- Two or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
- Experience working with computer software and telephone technology
- Business and analytical problem solving skills
- Applicant must possess verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently; can work with people or with a team
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Pay attention to details
- With a sense of professionalism
- Analyze and solve problems and possess good judgement
- Can adapt to situations and be able to tolerate stress as well as be resilient and patient
