The following expectations are included with the role:
- Sell insurance and investment (variable unit-linked) programs to individual and corporate accounts
- Assist the Unit Manager in expanding the team's manpower through recruitment
- Willing to be promoted as Unit Manager within first 12 months through new leader development
- Attend regular branch meetings every Monday mornings of the month (9-12nn)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate (Any 4-yr course)
- Willing to undergo 2-days intensive training for licensure exam with Insurance Commission
- Must be a team player
- Must have initiative, internal drive, and growth mindset

Isa Dumandan graduated in 2006 from the Ateneo de Manila University, with a degree in BS Management Communications Technology. She spent close to a decade working as a Brand Marketing practitioner with companies like Universal Robina Corporation, UNILAB, and Fonterra Brands Philippines.
In 2015, she left the corporate world to pursue opportunities in the life insurance industry as a full-time agent.
