About IQ Coach

IQ Coaches are the heart of the Company. Delivering engaging and meaningful lessons in classrooms or our beloved learning spaces is Coaches’ main responsibility. As part of our Academic team in our Centers, coaches are required to continually improve the lesson plans and materials and share them with other Coaches in multiple locations.

You will:

• Conduct Activity-Based Learning inside a classroom on subjects such as English, Mathematics and/or Coding
• Coaching students for Homework Support, Follow-Up Classroom Learning, and Examination Preparation
• Continuously improve and share with IQ Coaches improvement on existing lesson plans, materials, and activities
• Continuously improving the quality of lesson delivery and updating coaching skills to ensure great learning outcomes for students

A potential match must have both managerial and leadership to enhance operational excellence in the delivery of quality education for kids.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience preferably age 6-12 y.o in a Classroom setting
• Bachelor Degree in Education, English and/or STEM-related subjects is preferred
• Teaching with Activity-Based Learning (ABL) methodology is an asset
• Enjoy working with children daily
