Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gain a deep understanding of user problem, identify and fill the product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- In collaboration with Marketing & Analytics team to define acquisition strategy.
- In collaboration with Marketing & Analytics team to monitor & evaluate effectiveness of campaign source channel (organic & paid)
- In collaboration with Marketing & Analytics team to optimizing conversion rates in all campaign source channel (organic & paid)
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Contribute vision and program backlog, owns team backlog and implementation
- Define the success metrics and funnel to track
- Drives iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories
- Establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into baseline
- Create a comprehensive product requirement document or similar document
- Evaluating launched product based on success metrics
- Manage scrum and deployment ceremony
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Proven track record of successing acquisition growth strategy
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Analytics tools: Google Analytics & Moengage is preferred
- Have an experience manage scrum team is preferred
- Have Basic technical background is preferred
- Minimum Experience 2-3 years of relevant experience
