Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the account maintenance & collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately.
- Placing direct phone calls and visit borrowers that are past due.
- Monitor payment security, borrower behavior, and implement strategies to increase the number of successfull collections on outstanding debt.
- Works closely with the Credit Analyst team that contribute to accurate collection.
- Responsible to monitor credit quality, tracks the rate of success and reporting.
- Make sure all collection activities are complied with company policies when contacting borrower to collect past due balances.
- Identifies areas of the collection process that need improvement and enhanced process that will help collection more effective.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor's degree in any majors.
- Min. of 2 years' experience in Banking or other financial industry.
- Min. of 1 years's experience in any Collection area, handling credit underwritings and SME portfolio is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical thinking.
- Must have excellent communication and good analytical thinking.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment with stringent monthly deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in English and computer literate. Ms. Office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
